Amazing! I was afraid to to get this after my mom’s review. Her Shark has a couple quirks that drive her crazy. She complained that hair gets wrapped up to easily in her brushes, it loses suction too quickly if you don’t clean the filter frequently, and the tools don’t turn for different angles. Ehhhh…better than my old vac in some ways…with several design flaws I wouldn’t really recommend this vacuum. As far as performance goes, it’s fine. I was trying to solve some issues that I had with my previous vacuums (Bissels), but this vac has different problems.The good:1) My Bissells were too heavy and hard to maneuver, especially on my thick carpet.
