Shark Vertex Cordless Review – SHARK'S BEST CORDLESS YET!

Shark Vertex Cordless on Amazon: https://geni.us/3pFcj5Q

I finally got around to testing out the new Shark Vertex Cordless vacuum. As it turns out, I really liked it! It has all the features I liked about previous Shark cordless vacuums combined into one model. It’s like the Voltron of Shark cordless models. Is that reference too nerdy or too old or both?

CORRECTION – at 2:02 in the Airflow numbers, I accidentally swapped the high numbers with the low numbers. You’ll see it when you get there!

This was not a sponsored review. I try to buy all the products I review these days myself. If I do a sponsored review, I will verbally make that clear in the video itself. If you don’t hear me mention anything, it’s because it’s not sponsored.

I gotta say, as a subscriber since around 16k subs, you've been doing a great job and I appreciate the small and big improvements to your videos. Sounds like you got yourself a better microphone recently and your video shots are awesome. Keep up the good work and glad to see how many more subs you have now!

Awesome! I’m pretty over my ionflex f201. Bring an older model the hair wrap is unbelievable! Also battery life is pretty bad. I’m looking to upgrade but for now I got a cheap aposen from
Amazon. I just got so tired of the maintenance and brush cleaning it requires.

CarAholic/MusicMan1995 says:

I have the shark ionflex with duo clean. My main complaint is that the wire mesh cone inside the dirt bin gets complaint wrapped up with hair which causes the vacuum not to suck anything up. I'm constantly having to remove the hair and dust from that silly cone thing and then continue vacuuming. Another huge issue is that mine DOES NOT have the self cleaning brush roll and it also gets full of hair very quickly. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, however the brush roller cannot be removed for cleaning on my model. There is a plastic hood that lifts off for easier access, but it would be so much better if the actual roller came out. Then of course the amount of junk that gets stuck behind the soft roller… I'm not a fan. Hopefully the newer model is a lot better.

socomon69 says:

Any guess if the powerfin main roller from the vertex could be transplanted to the P50?

Hi Vaccum Wars, do you know if there is a difference between the IZ462H (blue) and the IZ440H (purple) besides the color of some parts? There seems to be a lot more of the purple ones than the blue ones on ebay. I don't really care about the color, but I wonder if anything else was changed.

Excellent review I absolutely agree with everything. And for me, the pros outweigh the minor cons as well.
I was very impressed with this cordless vacuum and I’m now even more impressed after getting confirmation from your video, and mostly the air filter being legit, which I was a bit concerned about due to its placement. But now I know it’s all good! I also like the new filter itself as well.

At first I thought this was the new bissell vacuum but this will do

Will we get a 2020 top 5/ top 10 vacuum? Please and thanks.

Christian Bouligny says:

Great Video. Which cordless would you pick between shark vertex and dyson v11 outsize? thanks!

Sparkle says:

I've been waiting for a cordless stick vacuum that works. Something that really hits the mark. But two questions that you didn't cover. What is the noise level of the motor? And can you use the attachments on the long stick when removing the dual roll head.

That's not My name says:

I wish u would go back to show head cfm numbers. That more important than hose numbers, most cleaning is done with head not hose

Guy with iPhone says:

New mic or something?

Anime Addict7 says:

My favorite is still the shark P50! I own it and use it almost every day! I’ve never owned a cordless vacuum before and I found your channel which helped me decide which one to buy! I hope they make a sequel to the p50 because I really prefer the standing style cordless and there aren’t enough of that style in my opinion. If they ever stop making the p50 I’ll have to pony up and buy the Lupe
