The only replacement part available for this vacuum is the Odor Neutralizer. I don't care how good the vacuum is, if I can't get replacement hepa filters, batteries, accessories, etc., then I'm not buying it. Even the manual lists numerous accessories that are supposed to be available, which they are not.
the Shark Cordless Pro With Clean Sense IQ IZ562H seems pretty good too. Any plan to review it soon ?

Does this turn into hand held vacuum
It appears Dyson is on top of customer support, that is, following up with customers who have issues with their products. What about Shark or the other manufacturers? You should include a "test problem" and see how each is handled by the manufacturers. There have been too many times in the past, when we thought there would be adequate customer support for issues and found out the hard way, that we were wrong.
Thank you so much for your in depth reviews. especially appreciate the amount of detail you provide so quickly. I've been a fan of Shark vacuums for a long time, but have always though they were too heavy overall. I've only every had corded models. Agree 100% with the value of the Shark's duo head. Now I'm trying to decide between Samsung cordless (which I never thought about until seeing your Samsung Bespoke review) and Shark handhelds. Seems like the Samsung 90 or maybe the bespoke is winning at this point based on how I will use a handheld vac.
Have you ever tried to pick up hay with any of these vacuums? Bunny and guinea pig owners would love to know! Currently using a shop vac or just sweeping with a broom.

That dude at Performance Reviews YT channel talked smack about you in their video dissing shark. He's the kind of person who peddles junk from Miele (sorry, not sorry. Want a good German vac? Get Sebo).
Be careful because unless they redesigned the flexology wand it breaks. I had the hz500 and it didn’t last a year. Many have experienced the same thing and Shark doesn’t do anything about it.

I stil prefer the upright style of the Shark Vertex Pro Cordless Vacuum with DuoClean PowerFins & Powered Lift-Away. looks like they now need to make an upright version of the Stratos cordless with cleansense iq.
