i was in the exact same scenario as you, i was a loyal dyson customer for 10 plus years wouldnt even think about getting another brand of vacuum but after i went through 3 dysons within 1 year… yup time to change. bought the exact same miele vac you got same color and everything. nothing beats the suction its AMAZING1!
Clearly you did something wrong… cause I have the same Dyson and it’s cleaning like a gem still since I was 17…. I’m 30!!!! 😂 but hey to each their own. I’ll be taking my mom’s old “newer” Dyson when she buys her new one. That’ll replace this one for the next twenty years!
They are truly wonderful machines, it will last you a long time. The only thing is make sure you use genuine Miele bags and filters as the aftermarket ones are not made well and will destroy the motor. The other thing I want to point out is your not supposed to use the turbo nozzle on hard floors.
I LOVE my Miele C3. The C3’s are sealed units so they don’t leak any air at all. They contain all the dust and germs they suck up, and they come with electric power nozzles they clean carpet super well.

Cordless vacuums are not meant to be a replacement for corded vacuums. They are meant for quick cleanups and in between cleans.

Ok we have everything possibly Miele and it's all 100% worth it. The vacuum is AMAZING but the head you have on, I never use that, it bugs me

I have had a Dyson for 8 years and literally no problems. I also take very good care of it, empty after every use and clean/maintenance regularly 😅

I clean houses, and everyone bought Dyson cordless vacuums a few years ago. They're all dead now. It's just really ugly wall decor.

My Dyson animal still great after about 13 years! Miele has a great reputation and there are multiple brands that can make the same product very well.
