What a bad review. The brush in your test is not spinning properly. I have the exact same vacuum and it does an excellent job. It cleans up dust, oats and even coffee beans easily in normal mode.

Have you notice that on this video …..The roller did not work ,did not spin at all. That is why it could not pick up tiny things from the floor well enough. You did not push each part together properly.
