Lack of brush on the main roller is my main concern. Dyson has the soft wide roller (same as Xiaomi) and the wide, brushed roller. The soft one is not the best on carpets. I hope Xiaomi will add brushed, wide roller in the future. If so – this is my new vacuum when it's time to change.

The biggest difference for me as someone who lives in Australia between buying this and a Dyson, is warranty. If anything happens to the device, under Australian Consumer Protection Law, I just walk into the Dyson store, give them the defective product, and they exchange it with a new one. This for 2 years, and if I pay an extra $100, they add another 3 years. So it becomes 5 years guarantee for any issue that happens with it, I will get it replaced.
It's a very good vacuum I bought it today but the tik/ button of the stick stucked when I wanted first time to put it out from the main piece😭 what can I do?
I like the dreame v9, but i have a 3 bedroom house and 3 kids, do you think this can be the main/only vacuum? or do xiaomi have any other good corded version ?
Seems interesting, You said that it have more power than Dyson, but which one ? The HEPA filter does not seems to be water washable. This is a money-leak. Also the turbo brushes are soo bulky. The dyson has no wasted space on the sides of the brush, but this one has several cm. Looking forward for V12 of this thing so it would be usable.

I am almost ready to pull the trigger -except for one thing: battery replacement packs don't seem widely available, as they are for the Dysons. Battery pack is something that is common to fail, I couldn't even find information about whether it is designed to be easily replaceable.

Hi Martin, can you recommend how to best manage the battery? Should you leave it charging at all times or should you plug in before each use? I read somewhere that it has a feature where you can leave it docked in at all times but not sure. Tack!
