I bought one on BestBuy Marketplace in Canada. It failed after one month. No warranty or service. No parts available for service the vacuum itself. Hope this helps you in your decision

Great review. Dyson has two separate heads for hard floor and carpet, but Dreame has only one main head which looks more suited to hard floor. Can you comment on Dreame performance on both surfaces, and does it need to be on the highest setting for carpets? Thanks!
