Where do you find parts for this vacuum. I have the EV-691. I need the lower bottom section, there is a small belt that drives the brush, that broke. I have emailed the company, no response, Very few parts on the internet.
Anyone know how to disassemble the bottom roller portion? I can't get the roller out using that little switch….but that's not what I'm asking. I need to resolder a wire that snapped that is preventing the roller motor from getting power. I undid a few screws but it still won't open!
I have this vacuum, but am having difficulty seeing how the charger works that was sent with it.

Your videos are so helpful – right now I'm losing my mind trying to find a vacuum for no more than 100$. You've convincedme against the Endura max, right now I'm looking at the Bissell aeroswift compact or Cleanview with onepass. Are these good options? I mostly have hard flooring, but a bit of carpeting and yes, I'm a cat owner. A best recommendation for a budget bagless would be amazing, after hours of browsing.
