Why strain to get remove stubborn dirt from your floors and carpets when the lightweight cordless Vax Life Cleaner will do the hard work for you? Vax WindTunnel technology ensures that suction power and floor contact isn’t compromised meaning that the cleaner can remove dirt and crumbs from deep within the carpet pile. Hi Roger.. excellent video! I have to admit I have a soft spot for the Vax USA line Hoover Platinum! I bought this the first day I saw it when Hoover launched it, along with the hand vac with motorized brushroll attachment. I also bought the (Oreck Similar) Hoover Platinum Lightweight Bagged Upright that comes with a small canister for above floor cleaning. That said I Loved them but gave them away years ago to family that needed a good light vacuum. (My uncle still uses and loves the Platinum upright) but then later as the oddball collector I am.. I really missed owning them. So the dreaded Amazon Lightning deals Lol got me and I bought all three again! I can't find the Platinum handvac at a reasonable price so I'm still searching to replace that! But I Love the Platinum Lightweight Bagged Upright and glad I bought it! Thanks for sharing Roger!

I hear stiff and won't go in and my mind goes to dirty places.

In North America, this is called the Hoover Linx Signature Cordless Stick Vac. I really like Hoover's WindTunnel brush roll chamber design – the segragated suction channels really help increase pick-up. Consumer Reports gave it an "Excellent" rating for surface litter pick-up from carpets. But they found edge cleaning and emissions control only fair. The separate battery charger is essential! You don't have to store the vac near a plug so it can be hidden away in a closet while the battery is recharging somewhere else!

Looks like a good vacuum. It's so cool you always have the same colour socks on as the product.

RustySkull Productions says:

Never been keen on Vax, I'm still not… They're always too light and fragile 🙁

Jacob Bates says:

Certainly a better brush than the Hoover flexi power ,it's like a twig !

Colin Blackwell says:

hi roger love your black and orange socks thay suit you to go with the vax hoover 🙂 keep up the good videos cos im loving them how much would it be and where could i get one from as im just asking

Bruce Solomon says:

I love that your socks matched both the Vax and the box that it came in.In The States this machine is called the Hoover LYNX. It's also available in a corded model. It has a nice build quality perhaps second only to the Miele Quickstep in the stick vac category but it's just that, a stick vac intended for quick-ups and not a replacement for a fully capable vacuum cleaner.
