For a long time, Dyson has reigned supreme as the best household vacuum cleaner but is it still worth the money and how do cheaper alternatives compare?
The Vax SlimVac is not a budget vacuum, you’re still going to spend around £90- £100. But you get a very powerful vacuum that’s extremely portable thanks to the 22.2V Lithium battery which provides up to 24 minutes of runtime.
Just like the Dyson offerings, the Vax SlimVac includes a powered floor head which can be optionally turned off and of course a 3-1 tool (crevice, upholstery and dusting brush).
Overall it’s a very impressive and powerful vacuum that easily holds its own against other well respected brands.

This seems a lot like the Hoover Cruise stick vacuum. Same OEM or something maybe? Could be just a coincidence.

Hello Gadget Addict.. this comment is not related to the video.. But can you make a simple review or test the wattage of a dimmable ceiling lamp or dimmable bulb without a dimmer.. you only flip the light switch.. I bought one from Ace hardware its a 14W dimmable ceiling lamp.. And I want to know if the wattage goes down from 100% to 50% to 25% to 12% Thank you..
The cost of battery could be a deal breaker, unless there's aftermarket which I do not see. I have a similar Oreck with a lead acid 6v 4.5ah battery and they are $10 US free shipping. I see this battery for $80bp, ouch.
I've never seen a suck off between these two!
