USER REVIEW Cordless Dyson V11 Absolute Vacuum Cleaner

Today we are taking a look at my new toy the Cordless Dyson V11 Absolute Vacuum Cleaner.

Dyson’s most powerful ever. The High Torque cleaner head contains a Dynamic Load Sensor system (DLS) with an integrated digital motor that spins the brush bar up to 60 times a second. Stiff nylon bristles drive deep into carpet to remove ground-in dirt. Soft, anti-static carbon fibre filaments capture dust from hard floors and crevices. Intelligently optimises power and run time to deep clean carpets and hard floors.
Dyson’s most intelligent cord-free vacuum. Let the Dyson V11 Absolute do the thinking for you. Dynamic Load Sensor technology in the cleaner head automatically optimises suction to suit different floor types.
New LCD screen display. Shows the runtime and performance of your vacuum, to put you in control of your clean. No need to worry about running out of charge. Up to 60 minutes of powerful floor cleaning. The longest runtime of any Dyson cord-free vacuum, with 50% bigger cells than the Dyson Cyclone V10. Certified asthma and allergy friendly. Advanced whole-machine filtration captures allergens and expels cleaner air back into your home.

David Barton says:

There are decent Dyson alternatives around.
Had an original DC7 for 20 years, still, just about, going. Too heavy and noisy these days so just bought a cordless vacuum. It's a Shark.
I, like many – for obvious reasons – will never buy a Dyson again.

Pete Cleverley says:

We looked at these but decided the dust collection bowl was just too small. It would have been handy for the motorhome, but to be fair, we are on holiday. Other than washing up, we do as little as possible. We needed to be able to go through the house so we bought a Shark corded . It is heavier than the Dyson, but also very powerful and has been really good on picking up dirt. We have an older Dyson, but it appears to have lost a lot of its suction, as did our last one. All filters were cleaned, no joy! New filters fitted. no joy! Going to use that for the workshop vac with a dust collector.

6:54 You aren't 'Hoovering'….. you're 'Dysoning'….. 😆👍

Hi Dan, great overview of the V11! I have been thinking of buying a Dyson as well, how is the V11 holding up so far?

Martina Taylor says:

I know this has nothing to do with this video but can you do one on how to replace a heating pump

Mark Michalowski says:

Six hundred and fifty quid??? SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY QUID????? LOL! You could buy a used car for that much!

Zed Man says:

Love these Dysons nothing compares really. Good to see they are losing the plastic packaging too now.

John Waddington says:

Hope it lasts a long time, to justify the very very expensive price tag, !!
If I thought it'd last a few years, I'd get one, but from past experience with a mains upright dyson, they don't work for long…
(friends have had similar experiences, ! )
So, for your sake I hope they've improved the "long term" quality, of the cordless machines…
Also, unless they've changed things a lot,
Dyson's are extremely difficult, to take apart, and do a quick fix, (and, get back together,,, lol )
Anyway,, like you say, the initial performance, of any Dyson, is head and shoulders above any competitors,, !!
Good luck for the future with this one,,,
Cheers, , John,,,
