You never charge the battery first. You use it and let it go dead then do a full charge. On any device, this is important to extend battery life. It's the way the battery calibrates

Junk…the best pool cleaner is the two wheel Hayward Aquanaut…the best the best the best. I have only had to change the wheels once in 10 years and it does the job perfectly. Stay away from the others especially navigator.

you have to Text or email your problem the phone # they have on web site is the
answering machine. I bought AIPURY 1500 model and have 3 issue and for last few
days I tried nobody got back to me yet be aware. They do not take it back ,
stay away from this Company from these people you will be frustrated
