Guys – Please dont buy this vacuum cleaner by Agaro. I bough this in September 2023 and it stopped working in May 2024. I called Amazon and they said reach out to Agaro customer care. I reached out to Agaro customer care and every time they close the ticket without providing the solution.
Every time I call them they say Approval pending, but then I keep waiting for approval and never get a response from them. I have been calling the every week and there is no support fro their end.
They make these cheap faulty Chinese products and then after sale there is no support. They delay the support till your warranty expires and then they will not take any responsibility.
Product quality is very poor. Hardly runs 15 mins in one go. Suction is also very poor that it can suck only normal dust. It cant clean rigid dust from your floor, sofa, or normal dusting.
I made a mistake of buying this product reading all the positive reviews but apparently many reviews are staged by the product companies. Dont fall for their trap.

Can you say the post sale service of Agaro and availability of products ? Did you come across such scenario of unsatisfactory or was/is satisfied until now ? How can we actually compare with Dyson V15 ?
