Hi Could anyone tell me how you know that the battery is fully charged please. The blue lights keep flashing one after the other, even after 5 hours. Should they stop flashing and remain lit when charged? Thankyou.

I cannot for the life of me find replacement filters. I even called there help line and they just keep saying we will email you the filter number and then they never do. any suggestions anyone?

Thanks. You were a GREAT help. The Tower instructions that came with the vacuum were rubbish – especially about how to empty the rubbish!!!
