I have a very tight budget you mentioned that the "cordless vacuum cleaner orfeld 22000pa cordless vacuum 6 in 1 up to 50mins runtime powerful rechargeable stick vacuum lightweight hardwood floor vacuum for home car carpet pet hair" It's okay, I'm not big on budget cordless vacuums, but this one will do in a pinch.. How bad is it? Thanks
I wore out my shark duo clean powerfin vacuum in under a year. The fins got frayed and allowed hair to get into the belt that drives the front soft spinner. 1/8th of the belt is stripped and there aren't any replacement belts online making this thing a piece of garbage.
I really appreciate the time you put into your tests and the kind of tests you perform. I really need clean floors; it grinds my gears when there is debris on the floor. I do not wear socks so things get stuck to my feet. I get a lot of tree and outside debris on my floors because I live in a highly wooded area. I just spent $600 on my floors; to get my hardwood and thick deep carpets cleaned. Because of this investment, on getting my floors deep cleaned, I am now vacuum shopping.
I need a vacuum that has a good wand, that is easy to remove to do a quick corner sucking, giant debris sucking and then be able to get back to normal vacuuming. I have super deep carpet in my living room, so I will need really good suction, that also has good rollers to knock those chunks out of the carpet.
I’m conclusion, I was at a loss of what to buy or to even begin on where to start looking for an unbiased review of vacuum cleaners. I am going to go with your number one pick as well. It seems to cover all of the bases I need and I do not mind maintenance. Keep up the great work and you have obtained a new subscriber in me 😊
Watching this you left out a key niche which is people who want bagged vacuums.
In the future please keep this in mind that some people want bagged (I most use the vacuum for roaches/lizards/spiders, big things, etc) and have a robot for just dust keep. Due to this I prefer bagged so I don't have to see or touch any of those.

I am disappointed in a couple things with this video. You gave vacuum cleaners who claim to have a sealed system a pass even though some of them have failed your own seal testing with the smoke method, such as the Dyson balls. I watched this video first and ultimately felt deceived when I went back into your library to find that some of those models failed the seal test. I also think that vacuums that scored over 100 on the deep clean test should have gotten extra points, or at least been differentiated in this summary so that people can understand what the best deep clean vacuums are. Now we are left to figure out actual scores by digging into the library of videos, and maybe that was your intent. While you gave accurate numbers for things like the weight of the vacuum, you glossed over things like particle scores and deep clean scores. On a "best overall vacuum" test; that seems like an odd choice. With that said, I appreciate your content.

Odd question. Do the Shark vacuums have a sturdy feel like the Dysons? My 15 yo Dyson D14 just died today and I need a replacement. I used my sister-in-;aw's Bissell and I thought it was going to fall apart and it's only a couple years old.

I believe the Shark Navigator is a good vacuum for the $$. Only mine really blows musty odors compared to my Riccar. I think the filters are not the best.

Dual heads are total shit! The front roller has no suction so all it can do is crush up the particles to pass it to the second roller for it to beat it into the damn suction. Damn retarded design! If they really got down and examined the damn floor after first pass they will notice a ton of crap debris that was crushed.. like cereal. On Carpet these particles will go down into the carpet and over time have a ton of food in it.. Shitty design!

Does anyone know the backstory of Oreck and a company called David Vacuum? A local store claimed David Vacuum's founder, former Oreck founder, kept IP after leaving Oreck leading to the creation of David Vacuum. I can't find anything to confirm and determine whether David vacuum are legitimate products. The products do look very similar.
