I had a Dyson corded & it was expensive & was not as good as what I expected, I feel like I got ripped off big time.
I have had a Shark also corded vacuum maybe 2 yrs now & love it way better than the Dyson.
The Shark was alot cheaper & way better.
I gave the Dyson to someone & they're still using it, but they did have to do a few changes to it cuz the dust tank kept falling off & that broke pretty quickly actually.
The Dyson was never used on stairs or even up & down stairs cuz I lived on a 1 level small apartment a year & I was already ready to get a different vacuum cleaner & since most ppl I know had/have Shark vacuums , so I figured I'd get one especially when there was a good sale too.
