IMHO, the real test of any home or car vacuum is not if it can pick up spilled flour, M&M's, or even glass marbles, but, rather, can it cleanly lift off long pet or scalp hair without gumming up the gears/drive belt/brush bristles/filter flow.
The Tocmic video on Amazon avoids the long hair issue.
