Tineco A11 Review – Hero, Master, Master+

A11 Hero on Amazon – https://geni.us/5Q1X6aY
The A11 Hero is the base model with no extra battery and no soft roller cleaner head.

A11 Master+
It appears this A11 submodel is now discontinued. To get the extra battery and soft roller cleaner head that used to be included with the Master+, you now have to buy two separate products:

1. The A11 Hero EX – on Amazon – https://geni.us/1BYue
2. The A11 soft roller cleaner head – on Amazon – https://geni.us/8YRBIm

The net cost of the A11 Hero EX + A11 soft roller cleaner head is still the same as the cost of the Master+, but for some reason Tineco is no longer including everything in one package with the Master+.

The latest updated list of cordless vacuums we recommend: https://www.consumeranalysis.com/guides/cordless-vacuums/best-cordless-vacuum/

In this video we review the Tineco A11. We cover its raw performance (CFM, suction, filtration and sealing), carpet cleaning performance (general and deep cleaning), hard floor cleaning performance, battery life and performance and ease of use in the review.

We also compare it to Dysons, including the V7, V8, and V11 throughout the review.

andrew wiencken says:

is there a loss of suction when bin has material in it ?

andrew wiencken says:

will it run plugged in ?

Kevin D says:

A year later my Tineco batteries are crap, and my Dyson work great.

Jihan Aditya says:

Hey! There are some cordless power tools battrey like dewalt, milwaukee, b&d, can match with tineco a11?

Fancy Free says:

The hero has plenty of tools imo. I think it has a tiny dustbin but I guess I haven’t compared it to others.

J.T. Bradley says:

Thorough AF. Thank you!

Ric T. 49 says:

We've had it for less than a year, and the battery won't hold a charge anymore.
😤

Vivian Collins says:

Thanks for the info, it was very concise and helpful. I don't care what color the darn thing is (other videos mention this) I just want to know about raw performance. thank again.

N M says:

Hi do you recommend Tineco A10? thanks

Wolfgang Kainz says:

Hello! Great Review! Does the A10 Battery fit the Tineco A11?

Renob Tankit says:

great vid, has the The A11 fixed the max setting button issue so you dont have to keep pushing it as it resets everytime you release the trigger

Harry Goldhagen says:

Terrific, very useful review. As others have said, you measure and summarize and make things clear as possible. Keep up the good work! I look forward to more reviews of commonly used household appliances.
Let me suggest for your website that you include an email sign up list or newsletter, so I can receive updates. (YouTube isn't very good at letting me know…). Also, you might consider an About page so readers know who is doing this valuable work and the methods you use (which look excellent). And one minor thing, on most sites clicking on the site name brings you back to Home, but not on your site.
Thanks again! I'm off to return my b+d powerseries extreme and buy the Tineco.

Mark Achternaam says:

I bought a Tineco A11 and it's been working well for the last week. However I find the Tineco plays a dirty game with online reviews: they will provide 3 months additional warranty if you leave them a 5 star review and send a screenshot of this!

Dynamik777 says:

Hey can you do a review of the Shark Vertex Pro Cordless Upright? It's pretty new and a lot of people seem to like it but I'd like to know how it holds up on your tests.

calikokat100 says:

just got the master….works great on wood floors and cat hair…

Ron Alcasid says:

Since you made this video Tineco has updated the A11 to include a three level power button. The button does not remember the selected power level and defaults to low. So now after turning the vacuum on you need to press the power button twice to get max suction. Operating the machine solely using the trigger is pointless. It's only saving grace is the trigger lock. A simple mechanical power level switch would fix this usability issue.

Paul Raso says:

Absolutely amazing review/s. #gracias #badass

ib says:

Also, if I'm ONLY concerned about cleaning fine dust on tile/hardwood (e.g. from sanding) would the V7 fluffy be a better option than the A11? I appreciate your help 🙏

How does Consumer Analysis make money? Is it just through affiliate links? Do companies send you products or incentives?

Stephanie Oxenford says:

Your link to the A11 Master just goes to the A11 Hero. Can you provide a different link? Or is it not available anymore?

Giovanni Velez says:

outstanding review, great help.

Matthew McShane says:

Simple straightforward review, thank you!

cyrano821 says:

This review is a model to other reviewers. Scientific and to the point. Appreciate the concise and informative video.

O’Danny Boy says:

You give the best reviews! You are no bs, very thorough and you get right to the point! We can’t thank you enough man! Excellent job!

Just Tonya… says:

I've had mine for 3 or 4 years now and I've worked her hard! She is still impressive. I call her, Bad to the Bone. No, seriously i love mine so much that I bought another one and putting the old one in the camper.

Joezy23 says:

just the video i needed. thank you

Nick Alary says:

I bought this vacuum and it worked well for 2 months. It stopped working, i contacted tineco and they said they would send me a replacement. That was a month ago and i have no delivery date. The costumer service is horrible.

What do I want says:

I'm assuming Master changed to Tango, but the price difference between Hero and Tango is $140 when the only addition is the hard floor brush… Is this normal? Is there a way to get a hard floor brush only? I don't think that a single brush would cost that much.

Mateusz Łukasiak says:

The review was good but the delivery was as blunt as a wooden part of a hammer
