My max function stopped after 3 days. I was outside of the refund but Tineco stated that I could keep it and they were sending me out a different one and better one so we'll see.
I have the PWRHERO 10 SERIES red in color and costed me $350 I bought it because it came with 2 batteries.
So we'll see how Tineco deals with this. All I wanted to do was do an exchange if I had had been within the 30 days for refund that's what I would do.
I also called the company I bought from today just to see if I could exchange it but they said they let me know as it was more then 30 days 42 to be exact!
Try vacuuming Barefoot. Did you ever do that? I bought this vacuum yesterday and it is being delivered tomorrow. Can’t wait to try it out. No carpet in my house, so, they said they were quite nicely.
What about the plastic cup? That’s all dirty where the dust and dirt goes. Does that come out to clean?
Curious, does this vacuum stand up on its own if I were to leave it in the living room and run to the washroom real quick for example ???
Post back surgery, I wasn't allowed to use my regular vacuum or lift more than 5 pounds. This comes in at 5.03 pounds and is fine for the meantime. I ordered from Walmart online, and it was on rollback price $85! I appreciated your review, especially carefully showing how to change filters, etc. I have trouble figuring out the diagrams in the instruction booklet. It was much clearer when you showed how to do it. Thank you!

Don't have to wet the pre-filter, tap the lower part of the filter on the side of the sink. There is a filter cleaner that works well, it's one of the optional accessories shown in the User's Manual. I use an unfolded paper clip to help clear the bin of stubborn stuff that won't come out.

I'd watch your videos even if I wasn't planning on buying the product just bc of how well and seemless you put it together and it's enjoyable to watch you clean lol. Anyways keep up the good work! Walmart has a newer model of this one, the S10, that is a "Black Friday" promotion. Very similar with a detachable battery for up to 40 minutes of run-time. It was $148, but has since dropped to $118 online.
