I only used mine twice and the filter alert thing keeps coming up I already cleaned it I cleaned both things that I thought was a filter so I know that I absolutely cleaned it and it still comes up and doesn't allow me to use it so I don't know what's wrong with it so I spent money on this thing and I'm not going to get my money back because it's already past the due date

How long does it take to fully charge? Just got one today and the blue light stopped blinking took it off the charger tried to use it and the red light came on. Am I doing something wrong or is it just defective?

Don't buy a tineco. Ours broke after 2 weeks, corresponded with them via email giving them all info they asked for. Time came for them to replace it they completely ghosted us. Been 2 weeks, they will not respond. Very unprofessional
Has anyone used this vacuum on a very thick shag rug yet? I want one but my corded vacuum is way to strong and sucks to the rug so I’m wondering if this one would work better for it.
