Ain’t no way in HELL I’m paying a grand for a cordless vac!🤡

@outforbeer says:

The short hose being attached already is not a pro. Its what adds to the weight. Carrying the weight 100% of the time when its only used 20% of the time

I’ve had v6 and v7 forever. Whip them out and use them 2-3 times a day. Amazon sale. I just had this delivered. My god. It’s huge😅 haha. Shit.

Right out of the box, our Dyson Gen5Absolute had a significant rattle coming from the carpet cleaning head. Customer service conceded that the part is out of stock with no date for when it will be available (this is a HUGE problem with Dyson), so the unit had to be replaced. Dyson offered to ship us an exchange as soon as UPS received the defective unit. We recorded this conversation. Nevertheless, the next day, after we delivered the defective unit to UPS, customer service informed us that this was untrue. Dyson would not do an immediate exchange, but would ship a new unit only after it received and processed the unit, which would take up to 3 weeks (while Dyson sat on our money and the warranty triggered by our initial purchase continued to run.) In short, Dyson lied. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was assured that supervisor would call me back. No call. Dyson lied again. Even before we bought the unit, we got a bad taste of Dyson’s honesty. Customer service assured us that Dyson would price-match QVC’s sale price. This, too, proved to be untrue. Yet another lie. The vacuum may be great, but beware of Dyson. False assurances and unavailable replacement parts are a REAL problem.

.3 is smaller than 1 right..as in microns? Dija mean .1 vs .3?
…earlier said.. "held out like this may be a strain" Vacuum the wall with the head on vs the 4" or what attachment?

My missus wants to gift her sister one of these. ~ So what happens with those li'l bristles in the tube when using normally?
..could it catch stuff and plug up?

Thanks for the video Walt. …turning it on/off showing it's more of a hard button vs a button on the info screen to touch I wondered about.
~ The missus loves her V12 detect I got her to replace her broom for the kitchen and thinks we should get her sis same smaller cup/battery. I says prolly not being sis has a much larger home with more hard floor area besides kitchen…well it's a Stick vac right? ~~ Full sized fancy dan plug in vacs today kick booty for carpet..same dump and all that rutt.

Had the V11, now have the Gen 5, prefer the trigger of the previous vacuums.
