999e for real when it came out? well it's 599e on sale in finland at the moment.
I don't know why companies go for immediate gains. Making these robots cheap to begin with guarantees a huge return, because the common man will think of ways to improve them day and night. You'll have highly driven poor kids going to school in hopes of one day working on them, but NO they want some of that rich asshole money. They want these systems ending up with people who couldn't give a shit even if it killed them. smh. and to think we'd have well kept lawns, roads, pools, etc. by now.
