I sent it right back. There was absolutely no instruction book just the app so back to went to Amazon I dumped all back in the box not nearly as nice as when I got it, but it was their fault . I looked for a nice big instruction book, but nothing how the hell do you run it with absolutely no instructions .
Can you do a comparison between the eufy brand floor vacuums? There’s an S1 pro, X10, and C20 models.

Mine has a roller brush error on short carpet from day 1. Might be sending it back 😢.
Wish you checked the mop. I'm guessing its pretty bad because its just a pad though 🙂 Either way this looks so good for pet owners especially because of the hair dock thing. Love your videos. I watch em just to scratch that "Info I don't need to know but I NEED to know" itch
Its said that it is 2 in 1, so how the mop works? Most of the review i saw was vacuum cleaning only

Doesn't save money if it needs a bag, sorry bagless only should be priority like Shark. The Shark AV2310AE Matrix is the same price and probably just as good.

I messed up and ordered the L60 without the Self cleaning stand. I wanted the stand. It’s too late to cancel shipping. Am I able to buy the stand separately or am I’m just out of luck?

Such a shame about the battery size though – since batteries lose health quickly with charge cycles and over time. This one will go through more charge cycles faster than, which unfortunately adds up. I expect that after a couple of years of frequent use, there won’t be much juice left in it. Am I correct to assume that the batteries aren't user servicable/replacable?
If they were priced the same, would you pick the Eufy L60 or the roomba j7+ without the mop feature?

im so glad I found this channel, it has been so valuable for choosing what robo vacs to spend my money on. Ive been wanting to get a self empty bot for a while now but didnt want to spend more than 300 bucks so after watching this I found a refurbished L60 self empty for 250 bucks and with your guys glowing review it was a no brainer!
