Works great and is lightweight MyBest.Tools Comes apart for cleaning/fits back together easily. It replaced my carpet shampooer. Great on hardwood as well.
woman hair bit was unfair cause shark had anti hair wrap
Shark is better than Dyson, I used to have a Dyson the same one here but now I have a shark battery powered it is heavy but it's so much better. And to beat all new parts is a whole lot cheaper.
Of course not the v7 is not a replacement for a mains powered vacuum. It’s an addition between weekly deep cleans. If you put the test up against a dyson that was meant to replace a mains powered vacuum being the V10 – V11 or V15 you would see that it not only out performs the shark by a long way but has all the added benefits of a cordless. On top of that the sharks filtration system is a hepa filter and a sponge… verse the Dylan’s that is a filter that filters down to 0.3 microns from the dirty and dusty floors you’re vacuuming. The filtration is a massive part to consider. You literally put the most under powered, and not a replacement for a corded vacuum, dyson against a mains powered vacuum. Not quite a fair test, also as I use both of these vacuums almost daily the bun capacity’s are much more different then shown. You are meant to slightly exceed the max fill line on a dyson (being about 5-10mm over), where as you didn’t even reach the max fill line on the V7.
Dyson’s are beautifully made and great designs but the Shark I bought today cleans much better. It’s damn ugly though.
Bizarre test.
Why test a cordless with a corded.
And to add to that 2 models that’s re about 5-6 years apart.
Silly comparison on a now even more silly show.
I have dyson v7 i guess, and one huge problem is that it does not suck pieces and instead splashes them around.
That looks like Cabot in Bristol !
Very unfair the shark is corded
I have a dyson v10 absolute and I have a shark 702… the sharks just as good and I don't have to worry about its battery failing or running out in 20 minutes everytime i use it. The sharks cord is very long also so I don't have to move plug sockets often
It kind of depends on how much you want to spend on a Vacuum. Dyson Vacuums are good, but they are so damn expensive. Also depends on what cleaning jobs you need done. I have no pets and only 2 carpeted floors, So my Shark APEX does a great job for what I need and would rather have corded than cordless. I dont need a Vacuum that can suck up ping pong balls through a keyhole. Again it is up to the individuals needs on which is right for them.
Surface area counts to lift the bloody jar.
Shark has a diagonal cut and a smaller pipe diameter.
Cordless sounds great but the power cell will eventually fail from not fully discharging it. So it's JUNK.
Both will be in landfill after 6 months, just buy a Sebo or Miele.
Anything I learned is that corded is better then cordless.
Putting a corded against a cordless is not a good test and having lassy from (PORKEYS)in the seat isn't very good she's better off on her mattress lol(only the oldies will know what I'm on about…
1960: guys think these are meant for women doing household
2021: men doing vacuum cleaner competition
I like how they made it unfair for Dyson by using an old v8 model from years ago and a shark that was made like a few months ago lmao
it took me 1:30 mins to realise it was craig charles
I tested a friend Dyson, and I was debating between Dyson and central vacuum. I ended up with Nutone VX1000 + all accessories and it cost me around $900 (did the installation myself). VX1000 is thousands times more powerful and better than Dyson and Ido not regret it a bit
I have many shark vacuum cleaners and there great
Had the shark return 1 week later would even pick up the large dust
