I just received my shark vertex pro iz600h today and when I open and plug in, the battery indicator light not flashing or either, called the customer service number, no one answered, left phone number but never call me back😢 sad, it cost me $449
I can’t get mine to charge I have the rocket pro and it has the wall adapter that plugs into the hand held injustbgoybthis as a gift it is not charging
