works great! I had one of the original Shark steam mops and would have to pre-spray areas and work pretty hard to get the floors cleaned. It was exhausting and I hated it. I expected this mop to be similar, but it works GREAT. I don’t have to pre-treat and I didn’t even have to use the sprayer.
