I…LOVE…this…vacuum! I rarely write reviews. I have four kids, a full-time job, and no free time to dedicate. Makes me feel bad about myself
No suction whatsoever after 3 months I loved this vacuum when it first arrived. It did a better job than my much more expensive Dyson, especially on carpets. However, within a few weeks, I started getting a red light when I pushed the “on” button to the carpet function. I cleaned everything, including the filter, and made sure the brushes were reasonably free of dog hair. Still, no carpet function.Three months after I purchased the unit, it lost function on hard floors, too. I called customer service, who offered…
