Don't buy a Shark robot vacuum. It is a very expensive mistake. Spend the extra money for a Roomba. I HATE my Shark. It is a piece of crap
Bagless system is a must in all robot vacuum, mostly they forced you to pay overpriced dust bag just like printer with ink cartridges 😢

I bought this a few years ago and have to say I absolutely hate it. It doesn't pick up anything, keeps giving me error code 9, I cleaned the dustbin, the rollers, everything, and it will run a minute or two and give me the same error.
Shark vacuums are junk. Mine broke in 3 months and they refuse to honor the warranty because I unscrewed a single screw that held on a side brush. They said that voided the warranty.
We own the shark Matrix and we love it. The price was $299 such a good deal very powerful in carpet and hard floor. Excellent navigation.

If there is a lot of pet hair the port where debris gets sucked out by the docking station can become clogged and fail to empty. That happened to ours. I had to pull out the hair by hand.

I cant help but think these vacuums are a total joke. Especially when i watch my shark vacuum bumping into the legs of a chair for 25 minutes looking for the dock and its not even in the right room. So it cant even find the room the dock is in. Total garbage. Can i set it to dispose of itself?
From the first time I saw a robot vacuum I knew it needed to self empty. I’ve been waiting a long time now I know which one I’m getting.
In 50 years there will not be any excuses for humans not having clean floors.

0:47 Even though I would agree the bag less bin is convenient, they make more of a mess and you have to clean them out or the performance is worse.
I’ve a had Shark IQ Robot Vacuum which has the bagless bin.
Thanks for your awesome videos. Is this essentially the Shark AI Ultra you reviewed a year ago which also has a top lidar and a bag-less emptying bin. Seems like they are within the $100 of each other. I was able to get the Ultra for $298+tax on Amazon Prim day. Which is better? Shark Matrix Pro vs Shark AI Ultra?

I find it so hard to buy another shark after the glowing review of the original shark IQ, which is a complete piece of crap.
What I need to hear are the negatives. How does the app work with the machine and so on. I read somewhere you can only stop it from entering 2 areas.
The anti-hair feature does not work on my Shark…I have to constantly remove hair. I am thinking of having my wife and daughters shave their heads to solve the problem. We will see.
