Great first impression I brought home a new IC205 Ionflex duo clean from Costco today on sale! Having used the original shark cordless and then a Dyson and even trying a few other brands I want sure what to expect! The new soft roller in front performs as advertised on hardwoods. The slower motion of soft roller along side the faster brush roller truly did pick up even larger and smaller debris more easily. Terrible battery life! Only 15-20 minutes! I love this vacuum! I’ve had it for five months. People complaining about battery life are using it on the high setting. I only have the one battery and I use this multiple times per day, no problem. I don’t have carpet. I do have LOTS of pet hair and it picks it up great. I love the soft roller. The extra attachments are useful too. I use them to suck up ashes around our wood stove and for dusting surfaces. The only drawback is that it sometimes clogs.
