Excellent This is my first time working with a robotic vacuum cleaner. I’m happy with this product. The pluses are obvious: sit back and watch a machine do your vacuuming for you, and watch it get into tight spaces like under couches and such. This machine picks up everything it comes across, at least anything that can be reasonable expected to get sucked up by a vacuum. You have to pre-clean when using it, like picking up an objects that might hinder its motion or cause it to jammed up, so in a way it’s…

Would be 1 star if not for the hand vac I was curious about this. I’ve used robot vacs from Anker, Samsung, Neato, and another I can’t recall the manufacturer of anymore. I’ve had five now I’ve used, two I kept, and the rest I passed to my mom. All do poorly with SOME feature. None have been outstanding across the board. As far as simply vacuuming well, the Neato has been most consistent, but it was the “connected” version and it NEVER connected and never worked right online or with the app. I could only ever use it for years…
