All vacuum cleaners need cleaning to remain effective. Shark have actually made this very easy. Well supported by these videos though. Something the manufacturers could do better.

Can I rinse out the bin?
Not submerge it but take the faucet and just rinse out the bin area being careful not to get it into the motor

Very helpful! THANK YOU

Claire Motler says:

The tiny wheels at the bottom of my shark duoclean cordless vacuum are really blocked with fluff and dirt and hair wrapped round them. I managed to clean one of them as it’s much more accessible but the other one is so tight to the frame it was almost impossible to get to it even with tweezers and a knife. Any ideas? I found the video on how to clean the unit really helpful and easy to follow so that you!

K Tang says:

The cyclone but does actually come off. You just need to twist it.

I have used hand-wash to wash the filter. Gentle and has a bit of anti bacterial effect.

Sheila Batey says:

Thank you very much for showing this video, it has been an amazing help. I did not realise there was an exhaust filter. Thank you once again.

Patti Petty says:

I was wondering If you may know why When I Put My Battery Into My IF200W Shark Vaccum The 2 Top Blue lights start flashing. And Or The 2 Bottom Blue Lights Start Flashing. The filters are clean and there isn’t any sort of blockage.

E. Wilson says:

Wow, thanks so much! I thought I was going to have to buy a new vacuum, but I only needed to clean the filters. I didn't know where the filters were, because they are well hidden. Your Amazon link is also quite helpful. I appreciate you taking the time to make this video.

TheRealBos says:

Who did you get this from?

Nicholas Morris says:

Unbox a dyson dc19 original

Vacuumtests says:

Great video! People always complain about the Shark cyclone system. Those filters are actually designed to take a lot of dust before it loses suction. I have personally tested it with measuring devises and that claim is true. Those filters need washing once a month. In my opinion that is not bad at all.

snoopy's RC says:

Guys go check Luke Davies channel he does vacuums just dyson and henry seems like a poor guy just starting out
