Hi What is error code E3 and how do I clear it please?

@tomk3682 says:

just got one and I notice when I switch off the machine it leaves a pile of the larger debris on the floor more or less piled up.. It is like it sucks it up but get stuck near the head and once you switch it off , it just drops. There doesn't seem to be any blockage and it was my first time using it too.. Any suggestions ?

Great nice clear voice so easy to understand

I don't think the main brush roller comes out.
Not easily anyway.
The smaller front roller comes out easily as is shown here but you need to do a lot of dismantling to remove the main brush roller.

Thank youšŸ¤—

I've had this vacuum for a few years now and it's an absolute game changer for a 3 bed house with stairs. Powerful suction, great design, easy to clean and puts up with regular abuse! The only con is its weight when holding the long wand one-handed for cobwebs up high, and that's it. I just hope that by the time the battery wears out they still sell replacements.

@zoemccormack1322 says:

Does the main brush actually come out? I've got an older model shark and my biggest issue with it is that I can't take that out and give it a good clean!

@carlp1984 says:

Can you show how you take the middle roller out.

@NoZenith says:

Any chance you would ship to the USA if someone was willing to pay additional shipping and handling charges for accessories not available here? I REALLY need that anti hair wrap powered pet tool

@NoZenith says:

Can you share the part number on the anti-hair wrap powered hand tool @8:00 ?! Thank you

@thejam51 says:

Do you have to remove the battery every time you recharge it? My older model could be plugged in without having to remove

MY IZ300UK has stopped and shows an E5 fault code and a battery with a lightning flash. Can I get any info on the net …no, can I find it in the manuals….no. so I have to ring Shark and wait in a queue……..any ideas. Do I replace battery or do I buy another.

@user-tt3ri8up1f says:

Have a cordless Prettycare and it works great. I think it performs well as Shark! But I'm considering buying a Shark as my mom's birthday gift bc she likes it. Will look more into them😃

@catemacdonald9760 says:

Brilliant paper and cardboard packaging but please don't encourage the use of microfibre cloths 😢

@TheSimArchitect says:

Being able to replace the battery is great because you can have an extra one (or more) to double or triple the running time! I have a portable vacuum but it only has about 20 min of run time and I have to wait until it's charged to use it again.

I love this machine. Let me tell you about it. Lol
I have 3 cats and 3 dogs in a smaller house in a northern US beach town with all rugs over hard floors and ive had this vacuum for 6 months now, using it at least once every day and it’s really made my life better in several ways.
1. There was no plastic or foam packaging. I am very rural in the US and it’s a 100+ mile drive to recycle plastic.
2. The battery fits into its charger without a struggle, and the charging stand’s suction cups actually work to hold it on a shelf And it isn’t so ugly I have to hide it in a cupboard.
3. All the buttons, attachments, moving parts on the entire vacuum work smoothly and easily, I never have to fight with it. It’s really easy to clean. I work with seniors and I believe this vacuum would be a good choice for someone with arthritis and or mobility limitations. The filter is easy to clean and dries fast ( ready the next day) if it needed a rinse to get all the sand dust out.
4. It comes apart so you can carry the canister with just the hose and reach above doors, fan blades, exposed beams (with the attachment mine came with). I love that it’s so lightweight and easy to maneuver and I can just zip around my entire house with it, getting all that sand and fur up. It’s the most well-designed, functional, practical vacuum I’ve ever had.
5. It picks up Dalmatian fur from rugs! Dalmatians notoriously have crazy shedding and Velcro fur. This is my 4th vacuum in 3 years, just trying find anything that will pick up this fur. And the sand! This Shark picks up ALL the fur and sand, and my house is finally truly clean, not just surface clean; and the air quality .. and thereby my sleep quality.. has greatly improved.
