I've found a problem and I don't know if there is a way to take this part of the vacuum out, but on the clear part of the vacuum there is a little clear compartment, mine has filled to the top with dust and other stuff and it does not come out in any way, is there a way to empty it or is it a factory defect?

no cordless is better than a corded these are facts yet they claim to be better

Auto emptying is not working how can I fix it

Hi I purchased and gave it back— in a week. It was faulty the suction is so bad. I purchased the top end IW3611UKT. Do not bother. I am taking my time looking for another. Don’t get caught up with the 5 year warranty it’s just a gimmick not everything is covered.

Great review. I want to get it, but someone in your comments says the docking station isn't covered under warranty, which makes no sense. Thanks.

@beaniemac83 says:

Hi Erin great review thanks. Just curious, do you have any issues of dust getting into the triangle shape section inside the collection bin, which then can’t be cleaned or emptied? Thanks

Decent review. Purchased this unit mid December (2023) and up until last week it worked fine. The vacuum works fine. The charging station works fine. The auto empty feature flat out died. Called Shark and they walked us thru the complete troubleshooting sequence. They confirmed the auto empty function was dead. No news there. Then they advised that the docking station (battery charger and auto empty unit) are NOT covered under the warranty and I could purchase a replacement for ~$90 (US). I'll just return it as it is less than 3 months old. In the end they agreed to replace it at no charge. But still………….the auto empty/charging station was one of the main reasons we purchased this unit. And it's not covered under their warranty? Pretty poor in my opinion. Kind of like buying a car and finding out that the transmission is not covered under the warranty.

Erin the fact you have an amazon link to the product suggests you get something when clicked and purchased. This for me loses credibility of your review.

@V3Tv says:

This review sucks. Imma buy one as a result. Ill even use your affiliate link becasue you sound like you're from my old part of America and it's nice to hear the accent whilst here in the UK 😁

Thankyou . May give this a try.

Und ? Warum ist nicht mehr Zubehöhr lieferbar ? Düsen größere Akkus ?

@Bombpoppie says:

What is the black clip on the stick handle used for? There is a spot on the base to hold the crevice tool, but no place for the brush tool to live. I thought that perhaps the clip was to hold the brush, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

@feradcu says:

does it self stand? or only on it dock?

@benhaze1010 says:

Spare battery is $200 CAD so that is a major downside to swallow. I am on the fence specifically because of that since it means it cannot be used for the weekly house cleaning task. Central vac is still a much better choice at the end.

@agenteles says:

battery is the biggest down side of cordless vacuume, i have shark stratos with x2 battery because i knew one battery would not be enough!! their marketing is a BIG LIE!, the battery capacity is 2300mah, which i though was terrible, a smart phone has 3000-4000mah so this was very poor. it only last 60min on ecro mode, which runs twice as slow/suction. overall shark vacuum are great device but battery is definably biggest let down! i hope shark upgrades its battery in near future! else i dont think i'll be buying another cordless from them.

@walidken5067 says:

I bought LG and returned to get the shark , I felt it’s better than LG . LG started to make vacuum, but shark has been improving vacuums so I trusted shark more, plus LG app doesn’t work all the time and nothing really can you do for the vacuum on the app except the charge time and it is fully charged or not . Thank you for the video

@mayraramos2799 says:

I had a question there is like a triangle inside full of dust how can I clean it?

@lindaashford7187 says:

What head accessories came with yours. I only got a crevice tool, but you seem to have an additional brush??

@rad6666 says:

Brilliant review. One of the best I've seen. Subbed.

@Joy-n9o says:

My husband got it for $379.99cad black friday deal! ❤ thanks for the review!

@catw6998 says:

Uh, 😊😊😊it did grab my one area rug. Maybe it was one of those really light/thinner area rugs. So, still be careful.

@amandamhuerta says:

I just got one. The spot where the handheld attaches to the stick seems loose when it’s together. Like it would snap if I pushed too hard while vacuuming. Each clip part is solid it’s just when it’s together. Is this normal? I’m new to a stick vacuum.

@markanthonycote4608 says:

Thanks for the review. What is the function of the clip on the wand?

@christianflex4all says:

You are the only review that covers if the vacuum gets stuck on rugs as I’m having the same problem with my v12 slim. Thanks, I think I’m going to return the slim and get this one.
