I just bought one, and I tested it on an area rug where my dog has chew up a paper towel, and it would not pick up the pieces it just pushed them around and spit them right back out, so this may be going back to Kohl's. Too bad it looks so nice.
Design flaw – there is a small compartment in the dust bin that doesn’t empty. Im returning. I like except for that. Do you you have recommendations for another model that you can actually maintain?

I just got one of these as a gift, silly question but what is the black clip thing for towards the bottom? I can’t find anything about what it is in the manual!😅
I bought this vacuum for $135 right before Christmas and I love it. I use it as a daily quick cleanup tool, just to stay on top of keeping my house clean. I have 2 dogs that come in and out of the house multiple time per day. This is a great vacuum for that type of use, but for deep weekly cleaning I use a larger more powerful vac (the Stratos). I absolutely love the self emptying feature and because of the charging dock it is always charged and ready to go! Also, the battery life is quite good.
I just bought one for $50 dls. I have the Shark rocket pro & I love it but my charger ripped so I got this new one lets see how it works! I do have a dog and cats so 😬
the problem is, most vacuums can vacuum just fine. it's longevity and ease of maintenance and repair that i care about

filter problem happens with all the stick shark vaccums I've had, and I was hoping the light was to reveal dirt and debree in front of the machine
I loved your video and feel good about my purchase. Very easy to handle and I love vacuuming again. One thing though I am not able to open the part that holds the cone. I press both sides but nothing looks like it's even close to opening. I do have arthritis so I don't know if this is why I can't open it or what. Any suggestions?

I have the Costco version of this only mine has a bronze stick portion and a purple and white bottom. I wanted to love it but when vacuuming up whole size gold fish snacks and pieces of popcorn it kept getting stuck right where the hose connects to the head. The diameter is to small about the size of a quarter.
Does this suck hair without having the hair tangled on the brush ? This is the main reason I am checking out this product.
