non-existent assistance. I bought this vacuum cleaner but after 15 days it doesn't work. the problem it presents is that it does not turn off and remains on. they don't want to replace the product but it's been with the technician for 15 days and I don't have any more news. never samsung again
I prefer cord. The battery one only lasts for 60min? If room is super dirty from spills, in two room that charge will be finished. Also battery wears down over time. Corded is better.
Take that with a grain of salt. I just bought Jet 75 Premium and I didn't receive the Turbo Action Brush featured at time index 1:26, in the user manual and on the product presentation. They replied that the videos and information on their website are just for info and the actual product may differ. Well, I can give you that: it differs A LOT. The wet spinning brush cleans less than an old-school mop. Due to the small pads it only polishes an already clean floor. It won't even properly clean a glass surface with dust on it, it just spreads the dust evenly in a circular pattern across the surface. I am disappointed by both the product and the post-sale services. Now I am trying to get a refund, but I can't even find someone to talk to. There is no email address, just a call-center where you basically leave a message and wait for a few days for a negative answer.

Imagine copying Dyson so hard you copy the filter colour and tap/faucet pattern

There is a newer version called the jet 90 complete
And how many filters you have to buy, spear parts etc? It's like Ferrari among vacuum cleaners…
