Should you buy the Roborock H6?
I would recommend the Roborock H6 if you’re looking for the following in a cordless stick vacuum:
Dyson alternative: With the alternating cleaning tools, quick-release attachment, and OLED display screen, there’s a lot to like about the H6 vacuum. It checks many of the same boxes as a Dyson stick vacuum, but at a lower price point.
Good value: This vacuum strikes a nice balance between good performance and a decent price. It’s not as powerful as a Dyson V11, but you save a chunk of change so for many people, it could be worth it.
Want a lot of accessories: If you plan on using this vacuum in a variety of ways, the H6 is a solid option. It comes with a huge variety of tools and two cleaning heads.

I am planning to buy the H6..I have no carpets and a tile floor..Will it clean better without a soft roller brush? Because I cannot find a soft roller brush online here
How does it cope with pet hair in comparison with Dyson or shark's zero-m?
6/9/2020 UPDATE – In our initial video we noticed an issue with the brushroll sometimes stopping on our ultra low pile rug. We brought the issue to Roborock who told us the issue was fixed with the more recent version of the H6 and sent us a new model to test. We re-tested this issue and found the new model is definitely improved. The updated H6 seems to do a better job of increasing power when it encounters additional friction (as was the case on this carpet), which is able to keep the brushroll spinning.
However, despite its improvements it wasn't perfect. We still see that the H6 brushroll can sometimes stop spinning while cleaning this ultra low pile rug. It should also be noted that we did not experience any brushroll stoppage issues on any of our other carpet samples. So it seems to be an isolated issue.
I sent a video of the problem to Roborock, who responded with the following:
"I have checked with my team. We think perhaps this carpet has relatively rough surface which means the H6 registers much more friction than usual.
We see there's noticeable reduction in speed too before stopping, so this could be an relatively rare/ isolated case. Having said that we see room for improvement in this aspect – to continue to refine the settings so that we're able to handle these surfaces without issues"
I like your clean and concise website and videos 🙂

Bring back sleep ovation! Way to keep the review passion going Derek!
Thank you for the review. Looks like another Dyson reverse engineering product (or Dyson is selling the royalty rights of their product) in which I can't help but wondering about the elephant in the room: Is the connection compatible with the Dyson V8 ~ V11 system? It look very much like the Dyson connection system (other than the red button is a bit shorter in length so if the red button is swapped with Dyson button it may work)! Even the quarter turn slot is the same to remove the rollers out for cleaning on the Dyson V8 Direct Drive and small motor head! When I compare to your older video (V8 vs V11 2:05) the V8 brush head is identical down to the location of the screws and wheels except the sealing type and turning mechanism. Look like a Dyson Direct Drive with the Dynamic Load Sensor. Are we going to see Dyson's robot vacuums look like Roborock's design soon (like Toyota, Subaru and BMW all using the same engine on their small sports car)? I do like the Lock/Unlock feature and hope Dyson will introduce it to their future systems (or just provide the firmware update). At the moment I will have to use the Lanmu Trigger lock from Amazon (Velcro strip works too) to lock the trigger while using the Dyson Groom Tool to groom the dog with extension tub. Can't say I am a fan of the dual filter system after using V10 & V11 which only use a single washable filter.
I'm not part of the %99.3 lol. Also loving the haircut too
