When pressing power button on mine comes on then goes off why would this be?? Brand new and won't stay on?
I bought one last week. The cylinder keeps falling off! Battery lasted 5 mins before flashing red. . SO disappointed. VAX are sending me out new cylinder, so maybe I shall find out how it’s supposed to work . Disappointed though and no Guide Booklet or instructions , nothing?

Didn't cover this off too well. Basically the brush bar is not very wide. The battery lasts only 12 mins on full power and you need it on full power as the pick up isn't great on setting 1. So buy a second battery! The biggest gripe I have with this is the design flaw when emptying, and this wasn't covered off in the review. It's poor. There is no tool or lever operation to be able to push or force the dirt out of the cylinder. You end up putting your fingers in and physically removing what you've just sucked up which is disgusting and an atrocious design problem. I would think twice before buying. There's other options out there and a lot of hype around this one!

Hi. Thanks for your review. Can you tell me what power setting you had on, please, whilst you vacuumed the dirt? There appears to be 4 settings and the 4th would be the maximum suction, which would deplete the battery very quickly if I'm understanding this correctly. Had a corded Dyson for 10+ years. Was excellent. But want to switch to cordless now.
Could have shown hand held version and cleaning the brush head.

I have just received my Vax today. My initial response was disappointment. Tried on kitchen tiles and it worked, but felt vacuum was top heavy; didn't feel quality. Went on YouTube for instructions and found your review and demo. It was so clear and pointed out the quality of suction and clever components and design. Retried on carpet and stairs and growing really fond of it. Suction is excellent .

What does brushless motor mean?
Are the brush heads the same on Blade 3-4? And what about the suctions which is better?
I had a Dyson V10 animal that was very good the suction is a breeze and emptying the bin was easy..
I also heard a lot of negatives on the blade 4 hair gets stuck on the brush..
& emptying the bin is not that straightforward u have to get the bits out using you fingers that’s no good..
U see Dyson has it spot on it has a flap u push downwards that gets all of the dirt trapped out without using ur fingers ..

## VIEWERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE ## as with v24 and v32 this vac lasts around 10 min on boost mode and rollers on Please check reviews on battery performance on utube . Unless got 5 batteries at 50 quid a pop this item is pants unless u like spending all your life charging the one battery , Seen a battery review of the product deffo about 10 min on highest setting , I own a v32 I no the issue with run times on boost mode on Vax products , Difference with Dyson the lowest setting useable , Fed up people not knowing all the facts YES great if 10 MIN ROCKS YOUR BOAT , when will they ever produce a decent battery 🤔🤔
