Designed for Bare Floors and Carpets
The vacuum cleaner accommodates both bare-floor surfaces and carpets beautifully. Simply flip the switch on the handle to “floor”, which turns on just the canister motor, or to “carpet”, which turns on both the canister motor and the power-nozzle motor. There’s also four-position height adjustment depending on the height of the carpet.
On-Board Tools for Detailed Cleaning
A quick-release pedal frees the telescopic aluminum wand from the power nozzle, while the included on-board accessories allow for more tailored cleaning. Choose the floor brush for gentle cleaning of hardwoods; the dusting and upholstery brush for tabletops and furniture; and the crevice tool to get in between couch cushions.
OptiFlow Technology and HEPA Media Filter

Now THIS is a vacuum! Just got my new Panasonic MC-CG937 OptiFlow Canister Vacuum Cleaner and couldn’t be happier. I’m not a clean freak. I dreaded vacuuming as an unpleasant chore for two reasons.My last two uprights (Hoover and Dirt Devil) have been big disappointments. Looked at Meiles and Dysons, ended up with this. Very pleased! After reviewing what the major consumer products review magazine said about this product versus other vacuums I decided to go with it.
