First off…I don't buy No Name products like this…..Second…..the roller is old technology…….hair and strings will accumulate around the roller making a mess to remove and clean up…Check out newer self cleaning vacuums like Shark …the roller will clean itself…."I don't like it" something you never hear on this channel
