Hi wondering if you can help me I've had Hetty quick a week she's been great but now when I turn it on it starts and about 10 seconds later it turns off and red light flashes. I've out new pod in and made sure no blockages but keeps doing it and I charged the battery for hours. Nothing is working
I have hetty best hoover ever I had a shark before totally rubbish. Hetty is light easy to move around and great suction and not really noisy like other hoovers.
Why is the hose not staying in ?

I found a numeric nvr 200-22 and a hefty 160 het 160-11 from the rubbish bins my new numeric works btw not hefty so I removed the motor cuz why not
