Nice review. Not familiar with this vacuum in the U.S. , but certainly looks and performs like a champ !
I think the facility to remove the face, is for commercial users and companies who feel they want a more professional look to the machine, as the face makes it look like a child's toy. Many other numatic commercial vacuums dont come with the face, but I think the idea is that Henry can be used by domestic users (including children, who love the Henry for his cute looks) and also commercial users alike, with the option for businesses to remove the face from their machines.

replacement bags are available at reasonable cost. What I would like to know is does this model run OK with the extra long hose that can be bought from Henry/Numatic suppliers. I find it useful to use the extra long hose when I clean the stairs. The corded henry is left safely at the bottom of the stairs and I can safely clean the stairs without having to hold the vacuum body. If the extra long hose works with the cordless model, this would appeal to many buyers.
