Seriously?! They are becoming HP! If you pay SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for a product, you should OWN it! Not be tied down to some subscription that adds no value in the first place! I can’t believe that it just completely stops working! So stupid.
My iRobot i7+ never worked properly. It never never never docked properly and always failed to empty itself so it would stop working until you manually intervened. My m6 actually did an awesome job though. I went with a Roborock S7 Ultra (the one with the fancy dock) and have been happy ever since, no subscriptions and it pretty much just works 100% of the time.
