So my vacuum just broke and now I’m looking to buy this one! I have carpet in my living room and bedrooms, would you say you can use this on carpet and area rugs too? Just hesitate if I should buy bc of that. Also I shed a lot of hair would you say this picks up hair and all on carpet?

I have a question for you. I have the corded Crosswave like the one you mentioned you had for several years. Did you ever experience the roller brush stopping due to failure of the bearing in the power head of the machine?? I gotta ask you, because a few people I've spoke to online have said that they only used their Crosswave a few times before it pooped out!
Thank you for taking the time to do the video. We have hardwood floors and we also live in the dusty desert and have a Husky! It's not uncommon when he comes in the house after being outside and lays down that he will leave a outline of dust. I have a Dyson and it does well at getting up the dust but to really get the floor clean I need to attach a damp cloth on my swiffer and go over the floors. It's work and does ok but not a great job. Does it matter that the floors are laminate because I know you can not flood them? I am looking for something to make the job a bit easier and if this would work it would eliminate a step! Thank You.

Hi, not sure if you will see this and reply or not but I'll give it a shot! When the battery is full and you are not using the machine, do you leave it charging constantly? Like is it just constantly sitting on the charging dock station? Is this bad for the machine to have it charging all the time?

I've been a customer service representative of Bissell please keep the instructions paper and always clean the tools and don't use Tap water to fill the water tank hope it'll help you. 🤍

Do you notice when you release the solution is is foamy and white. I thought it should come out clear since I do use their solution.
