Mine just won’t stay on goes right back off I took all apart can’t figure out

This has to be wrong, there should be a filter in there mine is missing as well all the dirt is going into the motor making it very noisy eventually going to clog up with no way to clean it…I been looking for these parts and can't find them…my vac started making loud noise cause motor is clogging up
How do you get replacement parts for this? I’ve checked Amazon and MooSoo website. I accidentally broke the plastic filter holder and I need a new one. 🙃
I was definitely not impressed with this vaccuum been using mine for about a week now it seemed like it had a lot of good reviews..it doesn't do well on carpets but will use it it for lite floor sweeping it's quick and serves the purpose on my tile floors..thanks for your video 😊
