Great review but I missed your "Thumbs Up" pillow! Perhaps put it on the counter, on the right, in back? That way people know what to do when watching your awesome reviews!! The deal breaker for me on this product is what you already mentioned. If I have to remove the battery after almost every single use, charge then reinstall is a pain! Simply put a charging port on the top with a red/green light. Do that and I'll buy it. Perhaps the Moosoo L11 Plus will have it next year?
