I got this vacuum from eBay it’s very weak power not good

Does anyone know where I can get a new battery from? Only when I charge mine only one blue light shows the other just keeps flashing and the vacuum does not work so I assume I need a new battery. I would be really grateful to hear from someone. Thank you.
