Exactly what I was wanting / Customer Service is very responsive Received this vac last night and only had to charge it for about 10 minutes before it was fully charged. Went around and vacuumed the wood stairs and some baseboards and it works great. Not huge and not heavy which is nice on the wrists. Really happy with it – picks up dog hair off the stairs and dust off the baseboards. Used it for about 15 to 20 minutes between lower suction and the higher suction and it still had a charge. Granted I’ve only had it for 24 hours and will update if it dies…
