I just bought mine. I have hardwood floors throughout my home, with just a few LOW pile area rugs. I have 1 long hair cat. I have a traditional vacuum, it's really not that efficient on hardwood floors. So that all being said, I fully charged the moolah electric broom, and OMG! It works great,got all the dust, cat hair off the low pile area rugs, the sofa & chairs. The floors look like you use a traditional floor dustmop. Quiet, efficient, and very easy to use, and very affordable. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
