Need help finding the wand attachment to make floor cleaning easier.
Can you please do a more in depth review on the makita shop vac because i am on the fence about buying it because of multiple amazon reviews and a tool reviewer saying the suction is bad compared to other cordless vacs. so could you do a video on the makita vs milwaukee vs rigid cordless vacs
Does this vac cleaner have enough power for cleaning the car interior? Also little stones and other things you have in the car during the year, especially in winter session? Thank you for the answer. 🙂 Regards from Austria
This seems to be less powerful than an 8-yr old Dyson hand vacuum. The worst flaw with the Makita XCV11Z is the lack of hose adapters. What the customer gets is a hose (at the extension) with an inside dimension of 1.47" and an outside dimension of 1.76". This is not compatible with any other tool in the XVT (18v Lithium) system. Even the specs on the hose (140G04-3) are completely wrong (at one inch). What bozo engineer would design a vacuum with no synergy with any other tool in their lineup? Let me guess- when they ran this with a drywall cutter, the filter clogged so bad in 1 Hr that it needed to be replaced.
This thing is a massive pos!!!!! Your better off with a dust buster from the 80's completely useless ,who ever says this is a good product is flat out lying
i only find prices around 200-250$
Just needs a led light on the end of the hose, and a shoulder strap. I do cabinetry service work all the time, this vacuum is on my list for sure.
Hi nice review just wanted to know about ur opinion on the comparison with the dewalt cordless version .
Who comes out better ? .
anybody have issues with it when using it as a wet vac and haveing the hepa filter not let air through once its fully wet? I've had it do this to me both times ive tried to clean up a decent amount of water, as soon as the vacuum gets to the point where the float shuts off the airflow, once emptied it has NO suction power until the filter dries out. Extremely disappointing as it works so well for quickly cleaning up water from hvac systems….
Its a total piece of shit, the most disappointing makita tool ive had the misfortune of using.
Just bought yesterday and i like it
I have this vac and I really like it. I'm not really sure what the low setting is for – I always use high. I can do jobsite cleanup for about a week straight with one 5 AH battery. Not heavy demo days – I use a regular shop vac for that. Also not sure what the small slits in the plastic are for with the smaller attachment. It is louder with the wind whistling through them and seems like the suction would be better without them. The floor attachment doesn't have them. I might plug the holes with clear silicone. Otherwise, it's a great vaccuum
mine did not come with the pre-filter or dampener!
Nice job on doing the review
Stanley Black and Decker is moving 50 percent of manufacturing to the US . The plant will be in Fort worth Texas and they will start to produce American made products again.
It's taken manufactures a bit long to come out with brushless vacs. Now we just have to wait for the others to clone.. I mean follow suit. 30mins? 35!…Do I hear 35!?
