Ian Nicol says:

Why are you so biased to Dyson’s? I have used tons of vacuums and I have nothing but good experiences with them!

Kyle Eisenbach says:

What were you about to say at 11:24? I just bought one of these Simplicity Agogos…

Terri S says:

I have a Riccar which is similar in appearance to the Simplicity. It's used sparingly. My Miele Delphi S2 outshines them all, with the upgraded PN, although there's nothing wrong with the one that came with it. Just wanted to have it as a backup and for its stiffer bristles and adjustability.
Have the Hoover Linx, very nice; Hoover Air, modified the hose clip. Had the older Lux Erapido(sp?) with the nicad battery. Of these, the preferred one was the Linx. I put a used dryer sheet over the lower side of the filter to catch the large debris (no restriction).

The Tech Genie says:

As much as I think Dyson overpriced crap for the most part. Still the best portable vacuum. Keep a Dyson v7 around to clean up after my cockatoo and stuff that get in corner of cage and car, otherwise use my Riccar for full size bagged vacuum for everything else. Do agree you still do need full size vacuum, they just haven't caught up yet.

John Houchard says:

If you are including corded stick Vacuums I suggest the Miele Quickstep with a power brush. It would cost in the range of the Dyson while being much less messy to empty because of the bag and filtration would be great especially if you use a hepa filter. I use this combo myself for my garage stairs and entryway and it works great.

craigsclocks says:

What is your favorite vacuum? I always go for my Miele Twist or Sebo Felix.

Will smith says:

Test a Riccar supralite cordless and a bissell multi/ bissell air ram.

Bruce Solomon says:

Electrolux and Eureka are no longer owned by the same corporation. Eureka was sold to Midea Appliances last year.

Crag LaBrake says:

I am still in shock that Electrolux home care sold off Eureka. Some of these are noisy and high pitch also the creaking of the plastic on some of these machines is horrible. I guess some quality is no longer existent with some companies.

Patrick Hartle says:

You really don’t like Dysons do you 😂

Chris Tamulevich says:

How about the Shark line? Perhaps, Dirt Devil and Eureka; not good competitors? Just recently bought a Miele Upright Vacuum…Love it!! Super Quiet!!

MadAboutHoovers says:

I think if we asked you for your opinions on the Shark IonFlex cordless, is it likely you'd say they belong in the dumpster? Regarding the Dyson V6, the figures of 6 and 7 minutes are for Max power mode, where the vacuum develops 100 Airwatts of suction – MUCH more than any of the other vacuums feautured on this video, which all use conventional brushed DC motors that are incapable of the kind of speeds the Dyson digital motor can develop. With the carpet powerhead on, and in Low power mode, giving a more modest 28 Airwatts (more comparable to the Hoover Air on Boost ), it will run for about 16 minutes. I have the V6 (absolute), V8 and the Air Cordless Lift (TTI's UK equivalent, made by Vax), and whilst I do actually like the Air cordless lift, I would tend to favour the V6 due to its ease of use, and its digital motor. The Air cordless lift is good for battery life though if you get the one with 2 batteries, and they will run for about 20 minutes each, with the motorised brushbar on, and in normal suction mode (well, that was my experience anyway).

Danei I says:

Excellent video. What vacuum would you recommend for superior agitation and suction? I hear Miele upright vacuums are amazing but super heavy.

ouis4436 says:

Test both Hoover react upright vacuum and cordless vacuum.

CapetCleaning servicea With rug Doctor says:

Where the Dyson V10

Rick Hoover says:

They are probably good for quick clean ups but there still not going to replace a corded vacuum. Not in a long shot. Oh and by the way I can see your showing that Tacony Cordless vacuum. Isn’t kind of risky showing that vacuum because of tacony censoring you?
